Founder/Attorney at Law

Mark Overall

Mark received his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Alabama State University in 2007. He then earned his law degree at Southern University Law Center in 2010. As a Buffalo native, Mark returned in 2018 with one mission in mind: to give back to the community that raised him. By day, Mark serves his community as an attorney in private practice, fighting for justice and restoration for as many people as he can. Outside of work, Mark serves as Immediate Past President of the Buffalo Urban League Young Professionals, is an active member of the Minority Bar Association of Western New York, Second Vice President of the Bennett High School Alumni Association Board of Directors, a founding member of Pushin Pieces Chess Club, and a Buffalo Urban League Youth Mentor. An active and recognized community member and leader, Mark loves working with youth and helping them reach their full potential by emphasizing the value of making good decisions and avoiding a lot of the mistakes that can lead to less favorable outcomes. In his free time, Mark enjoys reading, watching movies, and playing chess.
